The BC NDP is holding a 10-point lead over the BC Liberals according to a new poll by Sun News and Abacus.

Figures showed 43% of voters supported the NDP while the Liberals were in second with 33% of support.

The Green Party of BC came in with 12% of voter support, with the BC Conservatives trailing with 9% of support.

The survey questioned 1,042 respondents and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1%, 19 times out of 20.

According to the poll, the NDP garners the most support on Vancouver Island, but is only slightly ahead of the Liberal party in Metro Vancouver.
